Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all contracts between AI Competence Academy, a brand of Innovation Lux SARL S (hereinafter referred to as the “Academy”) and its customers.
1.2 The Academy offers professional trainings, seminars, and educational services in the field of artificial intelligence.
1.3 Any conflicting terms proposed by the customer are expressly excluded unless the Academy agrees in writing.
2. Contract Formation
2.1 Registration for courses or events may be completed online or in writing and represents a binding offer to enter into a contract.
2.2 A contract is concluded when the Academy sends a confirmation of the registration to the customer.
3. Services
3.1 The scope of services provided by the Academy is defined in the description of the respective course or event.
3.2 The Academy reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel courses due to organizational or technical reasons.
4. Participation Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Participation fees are stated in the relevant course description.
4.2 Fees are due and payable within the payment deadline specified on the invoice.
4.3 In the event of late payment, the Academy may exclude the participant from attending the course.
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
5.1 A cancellation by the customer is possible up to 14 days before the event start date. In that case, a processing fee equal to 20% of the participation fee applies.
5.2 For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event start, the full participation fee remains due.
6. Liability
6.1 The Academy is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
6.2 The Academy is not liable for damages arising from the use of knowledge acquired through its services.
7. Data Protection
7.1 The processing of personal data will be in accordance with the Academy’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these T&Cs.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 Should any provision of these T&Cs be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8.2 Luxembourg law applies to all legal relations between the parties. The place of jurisdiction is the Academy’s registered office.
